Charming rural village location on the green with village shop opposite. Breakfast basket with juice, porridge etc suited my early start. Lovely spacious/easy access shower. Liked being able to park the car directly outside the room. Staff really helpful - no food at the 5 bells but neighbouring pub served food.

Great location. Everything provided that you could want with a really cosy feel. Owner was very accommodating.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The facilities were great and we made use of the additional firepit package, which the children enjoyed. The yurt was comfortable and close to the camp kitchen and toilet facilities. The lake had loads of ducks and geese and the guinea pigs at the top were a winner too. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and check in/out was easy. Great spot to explore Sussex/Suffolk and even Norfolk from and so reasonably priced for us as a large family. We'll definitely stay again. Thank you!
Lovely little site in beautiful surroundings, plenty of space for the kids to run about. Carol couldn’t have done enough for us friendly and hardworking owner.
Would highly recommend
We had a great family time at Moat Lake and would thoroughly recomend it to friends.
Our daughter loved feeding fishes, ducks and other animals.
She never saw deers outside of a zoo and we had a whole family nearby.
There was all we needed to have a great time there.
