Location was excellent, close to Belfast and walking distance to Lisburn. Beds were very comfy. House was clean and had everything we needed. House was very warm and cozy during a cold snap in late Spring. A nice area which felt very safe and was quiet and peaceful. Bird song in the morning.

We can offer 8 en-suite rooms and one with its own private bathroom. All rooms are totally different designs and some have patio areas outside. We offer a residence lounge with television and a small bar off for your convenience and a fridge to keep your wine in . Glasses are available behind the bar and access to outdoor seating areas, and a large fish pond . Our dining area is bright and inviting we serve a variety of breakfasts including gluten free and vegetarian options. We would be competitively priced as we are a motel and not a hotel. We offer self check in and we can talk to you through our intercom if you have any questions. We accept English money Euros at the exchange rates and card. The welcome was warm, the parking is always available, the room and facilities were neat as a pin and the breakfast was delicious and generous. The room is full of light with a view on the garden. The breakfast room is also very bright and cheery. I always got served very quickly with a piping hot egg dish. There's even a living room with a fireplace. The hotel is very peaceful at night.
