The room was perfect. Everything I needed was provided. Tea & coffee making facilities, mirror, large flat screen tv, power points at the side of the bed, a lovely clean ensuite with a large shower, and the bed was very comfortable.
I can also recommend having a meal in the pub, the food is exceptionally good. The fish & chips were huge. It was hard but I managed to eat it all! 😋

Comfortable one night stay for work, friendly staff and fantastic food, perfect for a stopover.
Nice touch of fresh milk and fridge in the room. Much more preferable to a national chain hotel.

location was superb, 3 mins walk from cardiff central station, 5 mins walk to main shopping street, bars and restaurants, room was very good, bathrooms are superb, over all i loved the hotel specially the staff.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The location was ideal for getting to Cardiff Bay, but also quiet enough for a family with small children. I can’t say enough about the property itself, I am notoriously fussy, and I thought the accommodation was amazing, beautifully clean, well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Location superb. Fantastic sized room for a family, so much space to move in. Pool was lovely and clean plus jacuzzi worked! Lobby had games for kids and activity packs. Very family friendly.
The location was perfect for me and my family, the property is very close to the Bay and also City centre. As you can imagine having 2 toddlers and a 7 year space is needed when staying away so this was perfect for us. The host was really helpful and messaged us a list of things we can do with the kids around Cardiff some for free. Clean property and will 100% return again.
Travelled with my family (wife and 3 young kids).
Nice simple hotel.
Location was very good.
Affordable parking was available via Just Park app.
Rooms were decent and clean.
Shower/toilet were good.
Breakfast was simple but decent; it did the job!
No complaints.
We Brought our 7 month old baby and the hotel was very baby friendly (high chair, lifts, beds). Baby slept all night and I had a well needed rest. The view from the room was lovely and the surrounding area has lots to offer within walking distance
Lisa is an excellent host, thoughtful pre-arrival and helpful once we got there. It was a great space for our family of 2 adults, a toddler and a baby.
The location was absolutely perfect near to local shops, transportation, restaurants you name it. As for us we had 3 small kids whom enjoyed playing in the garden safely and child friendly, we felt at home from the moment we stepped into our apartment. The host David was always on the phone when we needed anything, very polite and friendly.
Highly recommend and we will be coming back very soon.
The staff are fantastic. Very friendly! couldnt do enough!!! And we absolutely love that!!! What an excellent team!
Facilities fantastic. - spa facilities available which was a bonus!!
Would perhaps like to see discount in the shed restaurant for hotel customers! Spend £120 on dinner and breakfast for two adults and a baby.
Breakfast could be included again a bit pricey! But couldn’t fault the food. Excellent!!
Quiet night sleep.
Great entertainment in the bar family friendly!
Accomodating staff. Free wi-fi that was consistent throughout my stay. Sleep quality was good. Within easy walking distance of the town centre, but far enough away from the noise of the all-night party that Cardiff is on a weekend. Attracts sports teams, families with children, hen night gangs, but all are all respectful of the rights of others to get a good nights sleep. Basic facilities are reflected in its affordable price. Vigilant, night-time security staff gives added reassurance to my daughter (and me for my daughter's safety)
The fully digitised check-in system meant that it didn't matter that I arrived very late in the evening on my first night. Proprietors didn't have to stay up to let me in, etc.
Whole place was clean and tidy.
Wide range of options for the TV. Families with young children would have no trouble finding something suitable for the kids to watch, or maybe a movie for themselves.
