We were lucky to get one of the newly refurbished rooms at the last minute. This was a lovely, clean and comfortable room. The bed was comfortable, the towels plush and the complimentary coffee, shampoo etc were all excellent. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend (ask for a new room though)

The room was large. It had already been set up with the children's bed prior to our arrival. The staff were very friendly and professional (better than I have met in other places for sure). The hotel was clean. Everything worked. Breakfast was different. It is not a buffet style breakfast. It's made to order like in a restaurant. Ryan took good care of us at breakfast and took my hyper 7yr old son to see how the toaster worked. They were happy to make alterations where possible to the menu for us. Best part for me was the free entry to Bowood house. If you are a history buff, you will love it
