We are a regular travelers and would rate Kristina’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. London was less than 30mins away by train. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. I booked this ground floor flat for others to use and they did not need to in the end, so I spent little time there. It was extremely clean, with soaps, shampoo, shower gels provided as well as tea, coffee and milk. Even umbrellas! I cannot really comment on the facilities ie beds, bathrooms etc as not used. However I would not hesitate to book the flat again in the future as it is spacious and comfortable and would be a convenient location. Easy key collection and helpful communication with the host.

The hotel staff we're friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We needed help with ordering taxis and the reception team were very thorough to ensure that the car would arrive in time for our journies. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a great variety to choose from. The staff were very accomodating when we had to leave earlier due to weather conditions, and allowed us to take some food with us on our travel. The rooms were perfect, warm, clean, and the housekeeping staff were very thorough.

Everything went very well. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my parents for a family funeral and knew that we would be late arriving the first night and enquired if a small snack could be arranged when we arrived as I knew that the restaurant would be finished. I was advised to check the menu for the sandwich options and email order. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, tea and sandwiches made available, all of which made the start of our stay very positive. Breakfasts on both mornings were great, lots of options, with exceptional service provided by Teresa.

Very quiet and peaceful area. The apartment was spacious and had everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. She even provided fruits. Great internet. It was home away from home. Safe off street parking was a bonus. Cynthia was the perfect host. Never seen but always present.
