In our stay, we did not see anyone else, except the hosts. The hosts are so eager to help, and went out of the way to make us comfortable. We had an early morning start one of the days, so they prepared some special breakfast for us the previous night and kept it in our in-room refrigerator! Food was delicious, fruits and veggies were fresh as ever!

It was a lovely room, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Such a comfy bed! The house was full of interesting art. The breakfasts were very good with a wide choice. We enjoyed the local butchers' sausages. It was lovely to see the birds feeding just outside the window. We enjoyed the jazz music. Tania is a very friendly and welcoming host and gave us useful suggestions for walks and places to go. The location was great - we did various nice walks nearby and went to the sea. We enjoyed eating and doing the quiz at the Hare and Hounds in Sway. It was a great trip and just what we needed as a relaxing winter weekend away.

The space in the property was good for a family of four with two small children, for a couple of nights. The property was clean, well presented, and there was a good level of equipment available in the kitchen. Brockenhurst is a great base for exploring the Forest.

Thoughtful renovations to the Filly have levelled up what was already a great dog and kid-friendly pub with rooms in the gorgeous New Forest. The staff are friendly and the service on-point without interfering with the relaxed vibe. Included breakfast is exceptional with welcome new additions to the choice. Coffee (for a coffee snob) very acceptable!

The house was much bigger than I thought and it has a great sized yard for the kids. It is in a great location, very close to town. There's everything you need in a house, except for a travel cot, high chair and anything else for young toddlers. You will need to bring these items if you need them.

A genuine warm welcome. Quirky rooms and furniture. I can't comment on the restaurant as we were down for a family function so we ate elsewhere.

The manor is a most beautiful place to stay whether it is in the hotel or one of the apartments. we stayed in one of the recently refurbished apartments (Eastwood), which we truly enjoyed. As a family with small children the extra space was much needed and the flexibility in self-catering was excellent. We made good use of the pools and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay with our baby. The apartment was well set up for a young family with a travel cot and high chair provided. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was comfortable with space for a mobile baby to roam around safely without any sharp edges! The location was perfect - right by the shops but very little street noise. We were minutes from the moorland and forest and a ten minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended as a base for exploring Brockenhurst and the surrounding area.

The staff were fantastic. They were so helpful. The room and ensuite were both a good size and the unlimited use of the spa area (which had a good range of amenities) was much appreciated. There were lots of indoor lounge areas and outside areas to chill out in. We didn't go with children, but we noted how family friendly the hotel is. It was also so nice to see the horses and deer roaming the grounds. Lovely hotel!
