A boutique townhouse hotel in the centre of Georgian Bath, The Queensberry mixes modern style with historic architecture, offering a quiet courtyard garden and an award-winning restaurant.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We were a party of three adults and a baby, travelling to Bath for a family funeral. We rented the two rooms, one of which had an en-suite, and there was an adjacent bathroom for the other room. Everything was spotless, comfortable and peaceful. Mami the host was charming and friendly and served us a lovely breakfast. Being able to park at the house was a bonus. We would certainly book the Zen House again.
It's quite a comfortable and clean apartment with all the facilities we want.
Its design is so good.
Its bedrooms are suitable for a family with small children.
It's located in a good place to enjoy excursions in the city center.
You can contact its manager on the chat easily.
Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to everything’. Just what we needed for an overnight family city break with small children.
We (2 couples and a toddler) had a great stay in this lovely Bath house. Easy check in, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could have needed - free parking was a huge bonus too. Would be ideal for families with kids as close to a great park. The house was clean and spacious, beds were super comfy. We found it really easy walking distance for getting into town but it’s also on a bus route. Really handy that there is a Tesco Express a minute away. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bath.
Lovely apartment with plenty of space for our family of two adults and one teenager. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and big living room / diner. The flat was about 20 minutes walk from the centre. We recommend glass blowing at Aqua Glass - that was great fun. Also the boat trip from Pulteney Weir, the indoor market which has a great cafe, a bar and a fabulous cheese shop. And of course the Roman Baths. The owner, Nigel was very patient in trying to accommodate us.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
The townhouse was comfortable, very tastefully decorated with modern renovations. It was perfect for a family with young adults although the steep stairs may be difficult for elderly or very young children. Coffee and tea were provided. The location was authentic and excellent within a short walk to all Bath’s attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend for families like ours !
We loved the location and the decor of the appartment. It was also very functional, with everything we needed to eat breakfast as a family with two young children. Great choice of pillows.
So many things to like! Beautiful house in a beautiful setting, wonderful hosts, and am everything you could possibly need for small children. Cot, baby bath, step for the kids to reach the sink, stairgates! And so many toys, our toddler didn’t want to leave (nor did we!). And the house itself so well equipped. Also a short drive from Hartley farm shop and lots of lovely local walks and pubs. Would heartily recommend and would atay here again in a heartbeat.
