The accommodation was beautiful and very relaxing. The little touches like items for breakfast and real milk and orange juice were a welcome change as so many places we have stayed do not include these.

Perfect stay. Spotless room as well as WC + shower. We could park our car in front of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We could sleep well. There were electrical plugs for phones on both sides of the bed. The breakfast was rich and tasty. It was made partly from the products of the own garden. We were super happy with our stay and can recommend the "Comfortable rooms" also for others.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The breakfast and evening meals were excellent & all well presented. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was excellent for us as we were visiting family in Bromsgrove and the price for the 2 nights we were there was well worth it considering it also included free parking, free Wi-Fi and breakfast.
This is a conference and training centre that also rents out bedrooms. It’s not a luxury hotel so don’t expect that. Public areas functional but look like what the building is. Restaurant like college canteen.,
Bar also like training centre.
Staff all pleasant and helpful
Location was good for our needs, and was functional. Breakfast was OK and overall value for money was OK as long as you know what to expect (we didn’t)
We are regular visitors to Hillscourt as it is convenient when visiting family. Staff are always friendly, rooms are spotless, comfortable beds and a great breakfast.
Copious amount of space and a wide range of facilities including a coffee machine (shame there weren't any pods to use as described), oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV. Plenty of spare towels and linen. We loved the fireplace, which we managed to work on asking the host.
Staff, location, facilities, bar, breakfast were all good value. The first night, only one other guest, but still the staff made us feel valued. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay. Fresh towels every day. Bar menu very good, and value for money. We were very impressed, and will definitely use this hotel again when visiting family in Kidderminster.
