Was greeted at a locked gate by the owner who told me I did not have a booking despite me showing him my booking.. Left me outside to consult &B was fabulous, had a lovely evening with the proprietors.
The man was just short of rude, clearly I was an inconvenience. Dont bother with this place.

The staff are a credit to the hotel which gave a very relaxed ambience. The cuisine was very good.

Clean and modern, the staff were welcoming and helpful, I was surprised that the hotel only had two stars.
A recently renovated property, Premium Appart Albi is set in Albi near Albi Cathedral, Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

We loved this hotel. Fabulous old building, wonderful facilities, glorious locations. Superb manger and the most perfect and lovely owner. The best hotel in France, such a relaxing atmosphere, lovely pool, beautiful grounds and facilities too.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We loved the house and the shutters that gave you total darkness for a great sleep, the AC was very good too. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it even more. The hosts are fantastic and really could not have been more friendly and kind. We 100% will return, the views alone in the evening after dinner looking over the fields was blissful!

The site is charming and our room was very comfortable and decorated in a very original manner. Included breakfasts were excellent as was the charcuterie plate that we had with dinner.
Altogether a great stay.It would also be perfect with children as the grounds are large and they have a nice swimming pool and hot tub.
