Perfect! Small but lovely with everything you need. Bakery just round the corner has great bread, self-service market with local produce and pizza a 10-min walk through the village, and self-service goats cheese 5 mins in the car. Lovely castle and walk by the river just a few mins on foot. Azay le Rideau and Langeais less then 15 mins by car. Perfect for visiting les chateaux.

We wanted an apartment in the neighborhood of Villandry. What we found was a beautiful cottage surrounded by gardens, covered in Wisteria, built into an old stone barn. The inside had old world charm with modern appliances. The owners lived on the property were very charming and helpful. You will need a car or bicycle to get to town.

Was communicative, responsive, pleasant, and met us upon arrival. Relatively close to most of the attractions along the Loire Valley, but feels very remote; it is really out in the countryside. Beautiful place for walks or bike rides along the Loire levee road.

Coffee and a wide variety of teas in the room for our use. Lovely view over the river. Chateau Villandry a comfortable walk away along the riverside path - the gardens are a must to visit. Good parking spaces opposite. Very fast wi-fi.
