Pascal was incredibly welcoming and helpful, including a recommendation for a restaurant in nearby Pont Audemer. Lovely authentic spacious mansion on an excellent location. The house is fully equipped and offers a lot of comfort. There is a beautiful garden and lots of privacy. The house is situated 10 (car) minutes of the village Pont-Audemer, great for shopping, groceries and sightseeing. The area in general offers many possibilities (beach, kayaking, walks, visiting old churches,horse riding etc.). The keys to the house were not handed over but were collected at a safety box which was really easy as you don’t have to worry about your arrival time. Karine was very friendly and available at any time via what’s app or telephone to assist in any way if needed. Definitely a recommendable location to enjoy your holidays.

The apartment is close to the lovely town of Pont Audemer, and is in a typical older French house on the first floor. We met Julie, who was very nice but with restricted English (as I am with my French). I will stay there again, but people should know this is more a 'stopping off ' accommodation for a night or two. The town has such a lot of history to it, with old atmospheric streets. My wife, and I, and my friend were fine in this accommodation, but please realise the apartment is in a very old building, where other French people live their own individual lives around you. I loved that !!!

Location is great. There is some free parking just outside the building but sometimes those were not available because of ongoing construction work while we were there. Kitchen was well equipped to make a quick meal. Bathroom was clean and with good water pressure.
