The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Sarlat-la-Canéda. It was nice to see some of the hotels history and how it has remained up to date without losing its charm. The welcome from the staff was on point. Very helpful and informative and assisted with our bags. The breakfast was varied, with hot and cold choices. The fresh squeezed orange juice and service of tea, coffee and hot chocolate was a nice touch.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows equally so. Had a wonderful nights sleep. In the room the complimentary biscuits was a lovely addition to the experience.

The location is great, just up a quiet little lane and only a short walk into the beautiful town of Sarlat. The log cabin has everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and the outdoor seating area is perfect to enjoy the local produce and glass of red wine or two........highly recommended and very good value.
