Our room was super clean, designed with style, had a very comfortable bed and we really felt rested after sleeping there. The staff at the reception was doing some jokes too and was helpful at the same time.

We had a fantastic time, the hotel is a short walk from the beach and town centre. St Jean de Luz is a wonderful town in the South West with clean safe beaches and buzzing town centre. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pricey for a family of 5, so after day 1 we opted out with no fuss and had croissants on the beach instead.
Very friendly staff downstairs in family-run bar-tabac, so helpful! On a very good no. 3 bus route so easy to get into Saint Jean - or to Bayonne. Fun to hang out in cafe and meet locals. Apartment very clean and perfect condition. Very comfy bed and good shower.
Nice pool and grounds - great views. Food delicious. A very French hotel - clean functional and good to visit. The second room was much better - lighter and more spacious with a comfortable terrace
The location was absolutely great. Communication with the hosts was, easy, friendly, overall great. We loved the playing ground beside the appartment, perfect to enjoy family time with kids.
Loved our suite which was perfect for the family; we had somewhere to relax after we’d put the kids down which was great. The pool was amazing and we loved being able to easily lock up our bikes.
