Excellent location for the city centre, just 10 to 15 minute walk to the bistros and restaurants. Easy to drive to property and easy access to other areas of Limousin. Large supermarket(Super U Express) just behind the property, a couple of minutes walk away. A larger Super U is just an easy two minute drive away. Boulangeries/pharmacies and a local market at the end of the street. Mini-market(open until 10pm) just a few minutes away. On street parking, to park directly outside the house, is €9.40 per day using the EasyPark app but free parking is available a couple of hundred metres away. There is a bus which services this road and a railway station near the Super U Express. The ground floor has an open plan living/dinning/kitchen area, WC and a large smart TV.
