We had a fantastic one-night stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless, fully equipped, and incredibly cozy. It felt like a home away from home. The host was friendly and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The hosts were brilliant and very friendly and helpful. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and as soon as we opened the door it felt homely, clean and very stylish. Everything that we needed was in the house. We cannot praise the house enough. Thank You, the next time we are passing we will be back, or we may even have a nice relaxing weekend in Orleans.

Saint Charles is a perfect place to stay! The house is fantastic with every derail considered. We only stayed for one night but would love to return to stay longer. The location is excellent too, with a short 17 minute walk along the Loire to Orleans centre.
Beautiful location, fantastic facilities and Celine was a great host, very friendly and responding quickly to messages.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Hotel was really nice , family room was a decent size with a double bed and double sofa bed. Staff really friendly and pool and outside facilities were great for the kids. Breakfast buffer very good lots to choose from.
The property was as described, clean and well equipped. Access was very easy by door code. All communication with the owners in advance was easy and plenty of advance information was provided. I would thoroughly recommend this for a couple or family looking to stay in Orleans.
We were unable to stay in the accommodation because it had been double booked.
My family and i were left in a strange city to organise alternative accommodation at a more expensive price. We still haven't been refunded or compensated.
The property was well supplied, we had all we needed, and communication from the hosts was excellent. Our family with 3 kids had a comfortable overnight stay on the way to our holiday.
We have visited this hotel a few times over the last 5 years. Each time it gets better. There is a pool and so much to do for kids, it is a family orientated hotel who have done so much over the last few to improve facilities for parents travelling with children after perhaps driving long distances. There is a huge outdoor play area and now an indoor play room with Table tennis table and a pool table along with video games and board games it is fantastic!
For a night to stopover on the way driving through France this is great solution for the cost. It is a no-frills hotel, so is functional and 10 minutes walk to old town Orleans. Some great boulangeries within 5 minutes walk for breakfast. I reserved parking and the space was secure and right in front of the hotel. Cheap enough for us to have 2 rooms for a family of 4 and a dog!
The family room was a great option for us, as it can be difficult to find rooms that accommodate 4 guests. The kids had bunk beds that they were very happy with. The location is very central - literally steps from the historic city centre.
