Amazing place! Beautiful view from the balcony to Eiffel Tower and La-Defense skyscrapers. Clean, cozy, stylish, with all the amenities including hand cream, perfumes, shampoo, hair conditioner...I would only add sugar, salt and oil into kitchen. Everything else was perfect. Hosts are friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to metro M1, Bonprix supermarket, McDonald's...1min walk to the bus stop. Safe and green district. A bit noisy outside as it outlooks the road but it becomes quiter at night and didn't bother me. The bed is comfy. There's an elevator in the house. 10 out of 10.

Location is great! Very nice district with no tourists, but it is close to tourist destinations. Metro line 1 is 5 minutes walk. Park is in front of the apartment, there is also nice children attraction's park nearby. It is good equipped apartment. It is on the first floor with lift. Manager was very helpful for check in, our flight was late but we dealt with keys.
There is nothing that I can like about this apartmant because I have not been able get in at all due to unresponsible host who left me, my wife and 2 small children out on the street to spend night.
It was a fully functional apartment, great little kitchen and sitting area by the window. Comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Ideal location near the metro!
The location is very good - close to the shops, cafes and the metro, that would easily take you to all the main Paris attractions. The host did an excellent job anticipating our every need and providing all the necessary information. The organization of our arrival was very well thought through with every step of the way taken care of. Everything in the apartment looks brand new and is fully functional. Thumps up, Bassam, for being a model host!
Location (from our perspective) and relatively spacious rooms (and bathroom) for Paris. Was a return visit for us although we were lucky to find a date when the price was affordable. Superb street market across the road two days a week!
The property was so lovely and cosy was perfect for a family of 4. Location was a 5 minute walk to the metro. The staff who I was in contact with was helpful. When I return to Paris I will be returning to this stunning apartment.
