The owners were very friendly and welcoming,, beds were very comfortable, rooms extremely spacious, showers great, the house was beautiful, off the beaten track but close to main roads, shops (and airport if needed) - ideal location for stopover to Eurotunnel. There is a lovely sunny private terrace to sit out in garden on a summer evening. This little place is a hidden gem in a gorgeous setting, and was a real treat for us on our last night in France. I loved everything about this place. Not only what it represents in terms of history ,Art & architecture work but also its owner was such a friendly & wonderful person. He always took time to explain to us the history of the house and all the artistic work he did himself to make the interior décor even more wonderful. This is a House with a soul.
