- When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we wanted to enjoy a beer with a snack. While there were no cookies, chips, or typical snacks available, the staff kindly offered us some crunchy bread. It wasn’t great, but it was a thoughtful gesture.

The property is run by an AMAZING family, very helpful and so so lovely. They offered so much help when they heard my luggage was lost by the whole holiday and went above and beyond! the location is very good as it’s near a shop, nice restaurants and a 10 minute walk from a lovely pebble beach. It’s a 20 minute uber to the centre of nice and it was very easy to get ubers from the hotel. The garden is beautiful and they hold lovely small events with nice music. The rooms were lovely and had all necessities needed and enough charging ports which is normally an issue. The cleaning lady was lovely also and gave us extra towels when we asked. We were also given free cold bottles of water on arrival and when we were in the garden which was very sweet. Would 100% stay here again.

Newly renovated and very comfortable spacious apartment where everything functioned very well. The location is very peaceful and the views of the Cagnes valley is extraordinary. We particularly liked the pool where he spent days relaxing, swimming and the kids had some much fun there playing.
All amenities needed for shorter or longer stays were available and we enjoyed the Air-Conditioning when the weather got too hot.
It was a beautiful apartment, immaculate, very spacious with excellent equipment … absolutely everything you could need to cook, clean or whatever. The kitchen was huge and wonderful to cook in. The property was only a short walk from the station so it was very easy to get to all the sights in the area. The house is very family friendly as it has videos, toys, a high chair etc for children. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating and very friendly.
We traveled with a 3mo old baby and absolutely loved our stay. Hotel staff was friendly, family apartment was very spacious: we had 2 rooms, a giant king size bed with a mattress so soft we went asleep in 3,2,1 😅 Staff provided us a baby crib. It was very quiet, almost no traffic at night and good soundproof. Fast wifi. Great pool outside. 3mins walk to the beach. Also, the hotel is dog friendly, which is nice!
Lovely family hotel that offers very clean and comfortable rooms. Compared to similarly priced offerings in Nice I found this hotel to be much nicer (bigger rooms, cleaner, better maintained).
The location is still convenient with the Cagnes-sur-mer train station, essential shops (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station), beaches, and several restaurants all within walking distance.
The communication with the host was excellent. Martine was extremely helpful and flexible. The property was nice, clean and comfortable. I can recommend the apartment to all, especially to families with the children.
