The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

Very comfortable apartments, there are all necessary appliances. Beautiful and clean apartment. Near the embankment with bike paths, there are many cafes.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean and spacious place with private parking, nice terrace and pool. Kids enjoyed the lovely outdoor area Perfect choice for Nice, Antibes, Cannes as long as you have a car. The host Pierre and his wife were super kind, welcoming and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay! I Highly recommend this place!

Really good quality studio flat, very new and clean, the owner Sandrine has been extremely helpful, very friendly and present whenever we needed her. The garden was great for little bbq (plancha), the sofa bed was easy to pull out, comfortable enough for my friend and I, and the bathroom very clean and modern. Parking spot available when we needed it, but unfortunately the pool was in maintenance the week we stayed. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the French Riviera ! Great location too !

the location is excellent. the pictures are true ! the apartment is very well equipped…nothing missing for our three night stay. comfortable bed. very good shower. Washing machine was appreciated as we had been on the road in hotels since a few days. the welcome from Sabine was greatly appreciated. she supplied all necessary information for pleasant stay

We loved Gourdon and had a delicious dinner + red wine in Vence and enjoyed the music festival a lot. We really felt like home at your place!

Hosts were very accommodating when our plane (and key collection time) was delayed. Lovely people, they also helped us organise a taxi to the airport at end of our stay (10 minutes, 30 euros). Great location, across the road from the beach. We didn't have a car, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc and only 10-15 min walk to the train station; trains run to centre of Nice (3.50eur) every 30 minutes, also to Cannes, Antibes, Monte Carlo etc etc
