We received a very warm welcome. The room was very comfortable and we had a good breakfast.
The location is excellent; next to la Loire and ideal for travelling to nearby historic sites, the fortress at Chinon for example.
We would stay again .

The house counted with everything we expected. The garden is really nice to have outdoor dinner. Very close to Loire river which is great to go for a walk.

This is a fairytale French chateau - we had a wonderful overnight stay. Beautiful rooms and gorgeous views. Such fun in the lovely heated pool. The hosts were so kind and generous and welcoming. Even better than the pictures. Book it today!

John and his family were excellent hosts. The dinner and breakfast were both fantastic. The setting is idyllic and peaceful with plenty of old world charm. Very large rooms.
large rooms which were very family friendly, the pool was great to come home to and the surroundings were great to walk around. We ate out a couple of times but we found the most relaxing thing to do was buy some provisions from the local Carrefour, sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. the staff were very helpful in providing plates, glasses cutlery and cold drinking water as well as wine. There seemed to be a lot of families with younger children which resulted in our 4 year old son making German and French friends
