We had a wonderful stay at Cabane Rouge-Gorge - everything was perfect. The treehouse lodge was located in the middle of woods, surrounded by lots of trees, it was so peaceful and quiet. We were met by our host who showed us to the location and around the accommodation once we arrived. The lodge itself was so comfy and cosy and provided everything we needed. The outside space was great, especially the wood fired hot tub was the highlight for us both. Each morning we received a lovely breakfast that was dropped off in a beautiful basket - the yogurts (which I think were homemade) were delicious. It was a perfect stay and I'd highly recommend - we didn't want to leave.

Fabulous room in a luxuriously appointed and sympathetically decorated Grand Maison. Heated swimming pool and spa and views from our balcony made relaxation easy . The hosts organised a very generous picnic too. Totally stunning property well worth the price.

Incredible hotel building itself in a great location, super comfortable room and excellent bathroom with lovely toiletries and also wonderful staff. The on site restaurant is great too and surprisingly food value.

Their farm is a little gem , a little oasis to return to after a busy day. We loved the pool which we often had to ourselves.
Our room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

We first visited the Chateau 25 years ago during a touring holiday with our then kids. All of us remember the holiday, and the stay at Puy Robert. When driving thru France in September this year my wife and I thought that it would be nice to re-visit the chateau.
We were alone in the hotel albeit out of season (just…Sept 9th) and the sole member of staff did her best to make us feel welcome with, for example, the breakfast buffet set for a full house. It was nice to see the place again albeit not the quality experience we had before. Very quiet and dated. (No charges for sheets, towels or parking tho ;))

The hotel was perfectly located to explore the region and Madam made it very welcoming and comfortable and couldn’t be more accommodating and kind as a host. The hotel rooms were perfect size for a three day stay, quiet and comfortable, daily service. Breakfast each morning was simple continental buffet with lots of choices and home made cake and fresh crepes (eggs too if you wanted). An excellent small hotel with real home stay feeling to it.
