    The property had massive grounds of beautifully kept gardens and beaches. As a family with small children, the pool activities, the kids club and the nanny service were great! Rosilo was fantastic with our 18 month and 4 year old!

    Food selection for dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. Loved how there was a local corner to showcase fresh local foods. The pool and water park facilities were fun to use and kid friendly. Definitely recommending Shangri-la to family and friends.

    Absolutely perfect for families, so much for the kids to do, some free, some at a cost. Great buffet breakfast, plenty to choose from to keep everyone happy, mostly. Lovely Italian restaurant for adults only, beautiful food - highly recommended booking. Nannies are lovely and readily available, kids club is great. Ocean Deluxe ground floor room is perfect for 2 adults, 2 kids. King bed super comfy.

    Adults Reef Section was a nice break from the noise and bustle from the main family part of the resort. My partner enjoyed having a chance to be by ourselves then meet up with my extended family who had 2 small children. Golden Cowrie for breakfast is a must. Staff were very friendly. The Reef had an amazing Meatball dish and the smoothies were amazing!

    Very family friendly - nanny service was also very good value. The facilities were really nice - including the dive centre and daily activities. The views are phenomenal

    Awesome kids club and babysitting service. Great housekeeping, bar, pool and restaurant staff. Lovely breakfast. Drinks package worth the money Beautifull beach for swimming and snorkeling. Lots to do.

    Great range of facilities each day. Staying in the Ocean wing allowed us a 1 minute walk to the beach, kids pool and food facilities. Kids club had some fun activities. Most of all I will remember the kindness of the locals and the infectious smiles.
