The location. Between airport and downtown Helsinki. Very good transportation by bus. 24h supermarket in 100 mts. Big shopping center mall with 2 big supermarkets in 300 mts. Very comfortable apartment with everything needed when you are traveling. Well equipped kitchen. A book with instructions for everything (sauna...) Of course the sauna it was great, we only used it once, but very nice. The communication with the owner was very good and helpful, we never get to meet him.
