Ranua Resort Arctic Igloos features igloo accommodation in Ranua, with impressive views of the Finnish Lapland sky and the neighbouring Lake Ranuanjärvi. Each igloo has a private sauna, kitchenette and bathroom.

Breakfast was nice, fresh and tasty, good selection for different tastes. The igloo concept is a great construct - a comfortable bedroom and everything you need for your, still camping, experience - a small, but well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and sauna (my kids tried for the first time and they were very excited)

Breakfast was a nice mix of basics and a few local options. Nothing fancy but plenty of great food to start off a day in a winter wonderland. could have done with a bit of variety, but not really complaining. The rooms (family cabin) was amazing, loved having our own sauna (and diving into the snow afterwards!). They even had a toboggan mound set up a few meters from our door, which provided hours of entertainment. Its great having direct access to the tours (reindeer sleigh rides, husky sled, ice fishing, snowmbiles...).

Nothing, this was a horrible experience and we were forced to stay as they would not provide us a refund to stay somewhere else !

Might be excellent option when you lucky enough to see Aurora lights.. Most of the time there is clouds , so only view through the windows is to the frozen lake . I am not recommend this igloos to those traveling with a kids. Igloos are too small, and toilet hasn’t have a door , only curtain, we have used a toilet located in a main building

Lovely and comfortable – it's an old house but with modern conveniences and it's not that far from the zoo. The kids had fun playing board games and we all enjoyed the wood-heated sauna.

It’s a beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful nature. Very clean and comfortable with lots of activities that you can do with the family. We really liked the sauna, hot tub, nature walks. The children very much enjoyed sled rides down the hill, playground. Very nice and attentive hosts. We had a fantastic winter break, and hope to come back again.

Beautiful view and great activities. We asked to have the igloo at the front which meant we had an uninterrupted view which was amazing. We liked being able to eat at the guesthouse and the friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was also a bonus. The children in the family that run this property were a lot of fun and very friendly. The staff were helpful and kind.

The location was just perfect after visiting Ranua Zoo. We slept very well because the beds were comfortable. The sauna was really nice and we all enjoyed it very much! I can imagine in the summer time the cottage is really lovely place to stay (you can swim and do barbeque), and it is a wonderful place for two travellers or small families who have a cot for the child.
