The most relaxing and beautiful room during our stay in Cantabria. Very nice & welcoming people, good communication and the most comfortable beds you will find in Spain! The little touches really made a difference. The welcome on arrival & the attentiveness of the staff were second to none. The sweets & water waiting for guests on arrival as well as all the little touches in the room show an attention to detail and shows the effort put in by the staff & management to make each guests stay very special.

Attractive spacious studio apartment, tastefully decorated. Large bathroom, useful kitchen area and big comfortable bed. Whilst we didn’t need it, ours is suitable for wheelchair use. The bike lane outside went straight to great beaches then on to the town centre and on to the ferry terminal and on. Everything was convenient and it’s in a very safe neighbourhood. Communication with the host was excellent. She answered every question comprehensively. We’d definitely return.

We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel for 2 wks. Two adults and two teenagers. We loved the location. It was right across the road from the most fabulous beach. The hotel was small and quaint, also very clean. Location was very close to restaurants and busses into Santander. Breakfast was a continental breakfast and it was fresh and delicious. Any of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We also took to bus to Bilbao which was only 90 mins away and we visited the Guggenheim museum.
We really love the apartment, it was perfect for our family with a baby and a small girl as both rooms are far away from each other and therefore soundproof :) the apartment was well cleaned and well equipped. Also so first aids are really useful as tea, oil, vinegar, coffee and toilet paper + some fresh drinakbale water. You have a few stairs to go upstairs but you can let the prom downstairs. All in one we will come back there if we are in Santander.
The location is amazing,close to all amenities and places of interest.Near the bay ,you wont have to walk more than 5 minutes to get in the heart of Santander.Amazing host,always available if you need him and always happy to help.Family friendly.Highly recommend it.
Rosa was super helpful! She took plenty of time to explain to us how to get everywhere and get the most out of the 24 hours we were gonna spend there. The location was also brilliant with lots of food and drink nice offers around the area,and walking distance to the bus station. We were a couple, a toddler and a baby.
We booked a family room for us and our two children. The room we were give was very spacious with interconnecting rooms and bathroom. Very clean and very comfortable! We had access to secure underground parking for our car and bicycles, easily accessed from the hotel. Our youngest child really enjoyed the aquarium themed elevator shafts!
Staff at the hotel were like a family, very friendly and polite!It was a pleasure to talk to them.

Room was large and clean.We had WiFi without issues.Could park car at the property. It's really quiet area so really good after busy town. We enjoyed really that the hotel was so close to the bus so we did not use our car at all.very close there is magnificent lighthouse and bar that is open untill 12 am so very good for the families.
Very functional apartment for a family, beautifully and skillfully furnished, good temperature control with central gas heating, very functional bathroom. The kitchen is functional, equipped with coffe machine, induction plate, fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary cleaning products.
Went with very small children and the family room was all we wanted. Safe connected extra room where the toddler could still have us at hand but slept away just like at home.
Fabulous dinner brought to the room and most excellent breakfast.
All was perfect.
