This is a perfect country escape to experience rural Spain. I loved the 14th century building, tiny chapel, lovely grounds, towers with ramparts, friendly hosts and the chickens. We took a room in the main building (there are also separate building accommodation). We had a separate bathroom which may be shared if there are other guests. Excellent location close to the historic centre with plenty of walking paths directly accessible without needing to drive, both "via verdes" (old railway lines which have no steep gradients, and also paths which go up into the hills. Interesting town. The house is great for kids. it has lots of room and interesting spaces. Even in bad weather a great holiday would be possible there.
