Casa rural garro is incredible! I would honestly recommend going out of your way to get there, as it’s such a unique experience. The building is very old and beautiful, with an amazing terrace from which we read and listened to nature around us. Nearby there is a stream with a waterfall where you can swim- amazing. And a beautiful walk you can do down the Camino to a nearby monastery. What made our stay really special was our host, who was so kind, and also fascinating to talk to. He was incredibly generous, making incredible breakfasts and offering endless cakes for us to try. On our last day he drove us to the bus stop which was really lovely of him. We would love to go back!

The house was lovely ! Very well maintained with lots of character and taste, it has gone through the ages without any worry thanks to the good care of its very kind owners. Aulestia is perfectly located, it's a central point in the Basque country allowing to visit many places from there. The people their are very friendly, don't hesitate to go for a drink at the local pub !

What a find! This a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with fully stocked kitchen, perfect for a group of Pilgrims to share. Netflix is available if you have an account and the WiFi is excellent. The Eroski food market is 300 meters away. This is a great place to relax after a long day’s walk. Correos delivered and picked up our luggage just fine.
