The apartment and the service we received from Ander and the team at Aston Rentals exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them without hesitation. They were extremely pleasant, helpful, accommodating and responsive The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the Mercado del Ribero in one direction, 5 minutes walk from another market and the Santutxu metro stop in the other direction, with a Lidl and lots of fruit shops and other shops, bars and restaurants just across the road or around the corner and the casco viejo just a short walk away. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased to find basic supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc ) in the kitchen and a selection of games in the living room. The heating and hot water are also perfect - with a room thermostat in the lounge and TRVs in the bedrooms, we could control and adjust the temperature easily and at no point were we either too hot or too cold. After breakfast in the apartment we spent all of our days out exploring and were very happy to return to our home from home in the evenings.

Spotless, convenient location, excellent for us (couple with 8 month old and grandparent). Cristina was such a great host and helped us with taxis and was always available for questions. Just note that the apartment is on the right side of the lobby, the left side is someone else's home.
