Everything was new.
All appliances worked perfectly. The shower was heavenly.
The host was very quick to answer my many questions.
Location was perfect place to stop after walking the camino route from Monforte de Lemos.
A satisfying light breakfast was waiting for us for the next morning. The basics (tea,coffee,milk,olive oil) were all provided.

A huge house and garden, once used by priests and restored over many years by two families. Not surprisingly, the history of the place is very present. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. The well known local restaurant was closed the day we were there, but we knew this in advance and Rosa had us a menu from which she would prepare an evening meal for us to eat alone in the courtyard, with a bottle of wine. Both were delicious. Rosa speaks good English, which was a great help and she was a great host. It was a really interesting place to stay.
