many things, notably: + view from the rooftop terrace and barbeque facilities there + comfy beds + garage place for a family car, we also parked our two bicycles there + quite small but fully equipped kitchen + German precission whereever you look + close to the cycling trails + internet connection (kind of community wifi) was okay (5-12 mbit) with few drops when too many people got connected
