Hotel staff was very kind and helped with our luggages upstairs. We had the family room which was spacious and airy (could open all windows on all sides of the room almost). The room was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast in the hotel was also excellent. Parking was for free on site and there were plenty of parking spots. Hotel was nicely located and we could walk to nearby supermarket as well as into the old town. Little did we know that Kevelaer is a pilgrimage place and we were nicely surprised by visiting the old town.
