Parking my EV for free in front of the building was a good start. After entering the studio I was overwhelmed how complete and well equipped this studio was. Immediately I feld welcome and at ease, with other words 'at home, even when I am not'.

We stayed here for two nights for the Documenta 15. In the very beginning, we were quite unsure about the house condition and its location, since it was our first trip in Germany and Kassel. When we arrived, we were absolutely amazed! It is so beautiful, spacious, and clean. The host welcomed us, but unfortunately, we couldn’t speak German at all, and he doesn’t really speak English either. Yet, it didn’t matter much, we managed to communicate with each other through body and facial expression with a little help from the translation app. The location is tranquil and 5 mins walk from a tram stop which would directly take us to the main station and central plazas in the city. The host is super super kind. We were so sorry as we accidentally broke a jug (maybe because of the sudden change of temperature) and wish to make a compensation. But he just reassured us and said it was nothing. We were very touched and couldn’t know how to thank him properly! So I just want to write this comment to express my appreciation, and I would definitely stay there again whenever I come to Kassel, and hope next time, I can speak a little German :)

The apartment is well maintained and very decent. It has all necessary things for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed 3days stay and it was very pleasant. The apartment has a small water canal and if you open balcony, you can hear the water flow.

The apartment is placed really in the city center. The apartment is modern, with terrace and a lot of things to prepare your meal. We felt comfortable and the apartment gives you a very comfy and good feeling. The bathroom and the kitchen are very spacious. I recommend it. The price is also attractive.

The hosting - Very friendly and thoughtful with free bear and fresh buns for breakfast. The apartment is very spacey, clean and with modern facilities.

We spent two nights at the apartment and found it very clean and comfortable. The furniture is in good condition, and the bed was neither too soft nor hard. The wifi is extremely fast and the owners have equipped the apartment with small, thoughtful touches like a portable keyboard and MagSafe charger. The kitchen is small but well-designed to utilize the available space. Parking is on the street, we arrived on a weekend to find many spots but learned that it is more difficult to find one during working hours. The owners offered help but we did not need to drive our car. We thought the location was convenient to walk to the park and Hercules statue.
