The owner of Apartmány Červený Dvůr, Karel, is exceptionally warm and welcoming. He clearly loves what he does and takes pride in his work. The location of this apartment is superb. The grounds are gorgeous with a rustic, calm vibe. There are several cabins/apartments in the grounds and some outhouses too, one of which doubles-up as a bar where guests can help themselves using the honesty jar method of payment. There were some lovely touches added to the apartment, like vases of wild flowers on the tables and sprigs of lavender on our bed pillows. Apartmány Červený Dvůr is a place I would recommend to those seeking a peaceful, meditative stay.

Locked gates, so I could leave my care with all the doors opened while repacking and taking my things out of car. Safe place for kids. I didn’t meat the owners but I felt that they cared about their guests. Pizza place near by. We found some fly at the place. My daughter said the pizza was better than in Italy! Support the local people and order pizza and buy things in local shops. Nice people in the city!
The stay was absolutely perfect, a very large farmhouse-guesthouse in a very small village. The hostess was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, the bed room large with a separate private bathroom and kitchen. All very clean and functional. After months of nonstop travelling, with time spent in cities and other busy crowded and hectic places, this stay was literally a breath of fresh air. Wish I'd spent a week there.
