Very friendly reception by staff, property is extremely well kept and seems to be freshly renovated. We should have stayed longer than just one night. Spacious and sunny terrace, very cosy living/dining room with extensive choice of board games. We were here in early summer but I imagine the big fireplace must be cosy as well in cooler evenings, also in view of the well assorted bar. Breakfast excellent even by the high Czech standards.

The building was placed in a very nice garden. There was a friendly dog and terrace. Landlady was really sweet and the flat was equiped nicely. We did cook for ourselves and we had plenky of kitchen tools available for our use. Many knives and pots and pans...even a kitchen cloth. There was a little pantry with some goods we could buy which is convenient as well. Lipno lake was very close. Only cca 1,5km from the house.

The shed is of a generous size with all the facilities one would require. It actually exceeded our expectations: it's really sufficient for a good summer vacation even for a week or two. The location is beautiful. The hosts were helpful. Good value. We had really great time there.
