Very recommendable stay!
The host was very helpful and everything went super smooth. The rooms were great and the view is amazing. The facilities are extremely well maintained and it is just a walk to the squares of Santa Fe.
All the facility is very safe.

Great apartment, generous and thoughtful host, lovely pool - and the water slide was a huge amount of fun! We really loved our time here and would come again.
The location is very convinient. The check in process is very easy and straigh forward.
There is two big pools in the complex, smaller pools for little kids and even a turco bath . They are clean and well mantained. Dont forget your pool caps as they are required to access the pool area!.
The apartment has AC in the rooms which was nice, the day we came it was really hot.
The apartment is modern and has a nice balcony linked to the living area with a great view of the hills (although an ugly waterslide at the level of the balcony). The location is excellent, three (uphill) blocks to the edge of the old town in a local neighborhood that is more authentic and fun than the historic part (which is all boutique hotels, restaurants, and shops). The large pool is wonderful for swimming laps (except on weekends when there are noisy kids). Communication with the host was fine, although hampered by not having internet.

the service was 10/10. doña Aura from the kitchen cooks the best food and her Service was excepcional. alejandra and johnny were super friendly all the time. and jonathan from the kitchen as well super servicial.
is a nice place to rest and to enjoy with the family
We had a large 2 bed family room with an outdoor Jacuzzi, shower, and separate bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C was needed, and worked well. Was not a disabled room but accommodated me due to size. The breakfast was very good, and we were able to get beverages, and water, and even a late night snack on request. The room was cleaned during our 3 day stay, and the property is very well maintained. The manager and employees were very pleasant and did there best to accommodate us. The pool and public spaces were excellent.
Location of the hotel is great, just a couple of blocks from the main square. The facilities are well above what can be expected for the price paid. However, the main highlight was the staff of the hotel; Kelly, Lorena, Sandra in the kitchen, and the rest of their staff sure know how to make a guest feel welcomed and as family. Kudos to all of them.
