All the stuff in reception were very kind very welcoming and very helpful the best I have seen in my visit.

We had an excellent time staying at Jade Snow Lodge. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended to overseas visitors and in particular families. Very convenient location. Close to many tourist attractions. We will definitely return.
Splendid architectural design with a focus on cultural heritage. Fantastic activities including an outdoor pool and a children`s play area. If the city itself were not that beautiful I`d probably come back just for the hotel itself.
This guesthouse is wonderful. The family that runs it is so warm and helpful- would highly recommend this place for families. Super clean, great location, and comfortable beds! It is also very reasonably priced.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite. The hotel was converted from a private garden so the pathway was made by rocks. It was not smooth to carry the luggage and no lift due to the purpose of keeping the style. However the concierge carried all the luggage to our room upon check-in and check-out. We visited the place with my parents and baby so we had 4 big suitcases. I really appreciated their hospitality when I stayed.
Returning Guests after almost a decade. In term of maintenance, it is rather well. Staff are friendly. The hotel is providing washing machines and dryers for guests to wash clothes with more affordable pricing. Certainly good location to travel with subway and walking distance to the lakeside for musical fountain, restaurants and East Gate shopping centre.
Excellent location and spacious room with modern and clean facilities. The concierge is efficient compare to other hotels that I have stayed with. The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.
The rooms are well equipped with new furniture, plenty of drinking water provided, nice views and good amenities in general (Ironing board etc.) There is a nice playroom for the kids. The breakfast is copious and the breakfast room is pretty, with views of the garden. The hotel is architecturally interesting and set in a beautiful park setting
