Everything was perfect. The views from our room were spectacular, the food was lavish and amazing, the bed was sooo comfortable, the service was above and beyond, the pool is sparklingly clean and beautiful, the rooms are silent, and everything is so carefully designed and prepared for a luxurious stay. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there, and it was all so delightful. Thank you, Shangri-la! We'll be back.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro exit, and also within walking distance from the vibrant city centre. The room was modern and clean with a large and comfy bed. The staff was also very helpful and were able to communicate in good English, which is always appreciated.

All the staff are amazing and highly efficient. My husband and myself are very happy and impressed with the concierge service. Everything will be well taken care of by the staff. We stayed for 3 nights on the 5th floor and a night on the 15th floor facing Taikoo Li. Frankly speaking, we prefer the room and view of the 5th floor as compared to the 15th floor. The room is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The only thing we do not like are the pillows. They are too soft and not thick enough for our liking. We requested for thicker pillows and once again the housekeeping responded efficiently and brought over two different types for us to choose from. However they are still the same. Nevertheless, this can be overlooked as everything else is impeccable. The indoor pool is also heated and I believe our kids will love it. We will definitely be back with our kids next time.

It is very clean and very spacious with almost 700 sq/f rooms, and the staff were supper friendly. It provided everything you need and even the things you might or might not need. If you book any room with **01 number, you will have the view with the entire city, especially the night view from the windows surrounded the room. It has a rooftop garden on 34th floor where you can see the fantastic night view and take pictures. My husband and I enjoyed the roof garden every night by sitting there with a bottle of beer.
