The staff was absolutely top-tier: Friendly, present, professional, and supremely helpful (despite of me not speaking a word of Mandarin). They helped me with everything from transportation to food orders, and even packed a generous to-go breakfast for me and my friends when we had to take an early train. I'd come back just for the staff!
The hotel itself is also very pretty, situated inside a cozy courtyard. I enjoyed the serene environment and the short walk to a nearby park that was bustling with fun activity.
