Staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were huge. It was very easy to check-in and the breakfast buffet was good. The doors opened automatically around the property so it was easy to bring in luggage.

I loved the clear instructions for check-in and the process of living here. You don't need to worry about how to use different items or what to do with garbage, etc. The apartment is well-renovated with simple and very good taste. You have a green, beautiful view from a great balcony. The parking spot was not big, but it was private, and we liked it. We loved Bern and definitely will come back.

The Hotel is in a perfect location. It was my favorite zone at Bern. The staff is very friendly and the room had a fantastic view of the bridge and the city. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back next time.
