Very good for one night in Lucerne, easy check in process, felt very clean and good location. Nice coffee in the cafe. The shared bathrooms were very clean and the capsules were larger and more comfortable than expected. Much nicer than staying in a hostel.

We liked the ambience and decor of the lounge, restaurants, bar, rooms and the billiards room.
The view from our room was outstanding !
We also liked the hospitality and courteousness of all the staff !
Food at the beach club restaurant and pub was delicious although being Asian ( Indians ) the menu was a bit restrictive as it would have been nicer to have more dishes with chicken . Nevertheless we enjoyed the fondue, breakfast buffet and most of the Ala cartel’ menu that we had at the restaurants and pub.

We really enjoyed the breakfast! Although the location was a bit far from downtown, it was still a great choice for people traveling by car.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Right in front of the bus stop, and very easy to get to Lucerne train station, with the buses which run so precisely. The rooms are ok, spacious in European standards. The rooms had bunk beds and will be good for families with children. Also the indoor and outdoor play areas kept my child busy and happy. There is an Aldi supermarket next to it, though it closes early at 7 pm.
Great sized room for a family of four; lovely continental breakfast included; great outdoor options for kids with the large park and mini trains behind the hotel.

No room service but no problem to order food and bring to your room.
