Everyone working there is very attentive, kind and efficient from reception to restaurant staff. Housekeeping is quick to help with anything. Breakfast and drinks are great. Location is superb. Bathroom in Corner Room is nice and spacious.

Excellent location in the very center, breakfast and service are beyond praise. The staff impressed us with their professionalism. And the reception, and the restaurant, and the wonderful room service. Very tasty food, perfectly cooked. Everyone greets you with a smile, jokes and does their job professionally. For example: on arrival we ordered a transfer, and on departure it turned out that it was ordered for the time of the plane's departure by mistake. Without any worries in 5 minutes we already had a new car. The situation was resolved instantly.
We really liked the attention to our one and a half year old daughter. They prepared a wonderful crib, left pleasant and very useful gifts. We are delighted, you are all great! The hotel is made by its team. Thank you for the wonderful impressions!

Amazed the facilities in the apartment especially bathroom/shower. Electric stove is extremely fast cook. Location is very good, less than one min walk to Zurich HB. AC×3 and house keeping very good. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the staff in this hotel at the front desk is rude. Not a 4 star Swiss hotel standard.
This hotel is very clean and so is the restaurant. The restaurant staff is outstanding.
But I do not recommend as a family hotel. We were denied extra pillows for our kid, by the front desk.
The manager at the original hotel tried her best but communications with the other hotel we was moved to was not completed and we awaited even more to be given a room once moved to another hotel. Not ideal after a day of travelling to arrive off the plane at 7pm and not get into a room until 10pm with a toddler
That hotel was really great,clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. The family rooms were of good size. They had quite a few restaurant options nearby. Also good shopping center nearby to shop before you take your flight out of zurich.
There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel with regular buses to the train station.
