The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless. I needed to check in late and check out very early, which I communicated to Giulia beforehand. She graciously waited for us to arrive and checked us in herself. The following morning, Giulia rose early to prepare freshly baked, delicious croissants for us to enjoy on our journey. We were greeted with such warmth that it felt like home. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

I felt like home away from home in Val Poschiavo from the get go. Aurelio and Ursula have an immaculate and comfortable place among the divine Palazzo gardens, exactly where we wanted to be. A short stroll from all the major attractions of the village, and for our visit to the fabulous Swiss alpine herbs festival. We stayed at Casa Lalla for a week around the New Year. The apartment was fantastic, warm (heated floor!), cosy and very very clean. I travel a lot, and this was probably the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we didn't miss any tool while making our New Year's eve dinner. It felt so good to return to the apartment after a day of skiing and relax in front of the fireplace. We didn't want to go home when the vacation ended :)! The apartment owner is great and helpful, we had very good communication. Overall, excellent stay and we will be back for sure.
