This was an absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Pius was great and responsive if we had any questions. We had one minor bathroom issue that he fixed right away. The property is located not too far from town so you don't get the busy city sounds at night but you're only 10-15 minutes away to see Old Town. The scenery is next to none. Everyone thinks my photographs are paintings, it doesn't look real how beautiful it is. Highly recommend staying here!

He will be a great manager one day if He had this hotel under his responsibility It would work great also in the future as It is doing now . Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was of bigger size than expected. The reception staff was exceptionally supportive and cooperative. They always welcomed me and provided all kind of support. After check out I requested to keep my luggage at reception and they did it happily. I would like to thank all the hotel staff.

Really liked the property. Owner Gerry is really friendly and nice. Check-in was pretty simple. Property is quite near to Luzern Station only 15 min away via bus. Main thing is they had a good big kitchen well equiped with everything. PROPERTY is like a home with multiple rooms.

A very nice hotel with a nice view on the luzern and the lake, the personnel was very kind and helpful, room is nice and spacious, too bad we could only stay one night, since it was full for the rest of the time. Restaurant is also very good quality, we enjoyed a nice dinner. Hope to be able to visit them again and stay longer.
