There is a train trail right next to the hotel but fortunately only few train passed at night time and we still could get good sleep (weekend). Maybe train passes more often weekdays, then you should ask the staff about train passing times if its important for you

We stayed here for a concert at The Hall and the location was perfect - 3 tram stops away.
We had a suite and the room was large, although sadly (given the size of the room ) the bed was a basic double. Beds are bigger in the regular twin rooms so next time I would book that.
The kitchenette is small but well equipped for basic meal prep.
The bathroom was large, clean and the shower was excellent.
Our room was mere meters from a train line and I was expecting a lot of noise, but the room is extremely well soundproofed and the blackout curtains work well.

The staffs from Rubus go beyond expectations. My family arrived one day earlier and they let my family check in. With two small babies and the stress was high., the staffs let us book another day even though last minute. Location is very good close to train station, halal butcher, Migros, Coop and restaurants.
