Authentic character and charm. The entire staff could not have been nicer— Patrick was amazing! It was a rare chance to stay in a castle with amazing grounds, just a mile away from historic Murten - Morat. We loved every minute of our stay!

Due to the renovation of one of our hotel wings, we currently no longer have a restaurant. At our cozy hotel bar we offer an extended snack menu with cold and warm dishes as well as numerous wines, cocktails and other drinks. In summer you can also enjoy this on our terrace. Come by and let yourself be pampered.

We love this boutique hotel to pieces. It is not the first time we stayed here and it's definitely not gonna be the last. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. We had a big room overlooking the main pedestrian street. The room was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The bed was very comfy. We appreciated the coffee and tea facilities in the room. We also appreciated a lot the bar on the ground floor that served very good beer and very good flammkuchen until relatively late. Parking is very easy to find if one follows the hotel instructions. We positively regretted that we only booked one night.
