Courtesy bus from Montreal airport was efficient.
Staff on front desk were exceptionally helpful & suggested that we use the hotel courtesy bus to travel to Dorval railway station the next morning as it was on the way to the Airport

Good location. Good parking, though a walk from the building. Decent beds and bathroom.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Breakfast was good and most importantly a waffle maker. Room was clean, decent and presentable. more than enough available towels. other amenities inside the room were functional.
Located in a decent area, not too far from the Pointe Claire mall. Front desk staff were friendly. The windows actually open, but there isn’t a mesh so make sure your kids don’t fall out. Otherwise, the fresh air is nice. Lots of parking. Allowed late check-out without hassle.
It was an easy to get to hotel from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. You could hear the highway in the room, but limited. The kids thought the pool was okay to swim in. The welcome cookies were very much appreciated. There was no breakfast buffet, but we were given the menu and were allowed to choose from it. This was all well arranged and tasted great.
Breakfast had a good selection and staff were pleasant. I liked the upgrades done.
I am hoping I receive the extra $40.00 charged at check-in refunded. Thank you!
