When we arrived, there was MacGregors shortbread cookies waiting for us. There was also Keurig coffee with cream and milk in the fridge. Such a welcoming treat! The apartment was very quaint and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was also very clean and it was great to have the use of a full kitchen. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the view of Pictou harbour The location was a 2 minute walk to the waterfront, gift shops, museums & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

It was a nice and cozy place, way apart from the other chalets, so lots of silence and privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, so we could prepare our own dinner. Even the wi fi was good.

The hosts Sandy and Cathy were super welcoming and kind and truly made us feel like family. They took great care to make the space something they are proud of, specifically opting for things they value like comfortable beds, soft sheets, and quality towels. The inn is super cute. We also loved the bnb style breakfast in the morning.
The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The hosts were exceptional and made you feel like you were visiting family. Our room (king size bed) was lovely and spacious.
From the moment we walked in, you could tell that owning and running this B&B was George and Brenda's passion. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful and treated you like family, not just guests. Everything was as you would hope in not only a lovely B&B, but in a much larger hotel. Head and shoulders above any AirBnB you could possibly rent!
The host was very easy going. Breakfast was hot and made fresh! Very accommodating for our almost 1year old son. Grounds are beautiful country lifestyle! Peaceful and beautiful, lighthouse/beach just down the road! The 20min drive to town goes fast.
Rent both rooms and bring more family, deck space and country/sea air for everyone!

The hosts were warm and welcoming. The breakfast over the top with home made croissants served by a true scot in a kilt. The interaction between the staff and other guests was like family.
Upfront, let me say room was exceptionally clean and, as a suprise, included a FULL kitchen. Quite despite being on a amin road. If your standard is for a clean, safe, affordable room, this meets the bill. Plus, it is literally minutes from the ferry to PEI. There is fast food and gas adjacent.
Location was really nice and family friendly. Facility is relatively old, but good enough to enjoy and there are plenty of options especially for small kids.
