The quiet almost rural location. It was a great spot for us as we live on a farm. It was easy to find, has good access and fairly well equipped to set up as a headquarters for visiting the area. Very simple and a fun spot to stay.for a couple.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The rooms were nice and large with two Queen beds which was great for our family. They have been newly renovated and the shower has really good pressure and nice rain shower head. Staff were friendly.
No breakfast. The motel is going through a transformation and the owners are working hard to rebuild. There is a pool (not available now) but the rooms are huge with bathroom in the center dividing the area into 2 bed areas. Great for family travelling with kids. The price is extremely reasonable & in the Wolfville area so it makes a great home base. If management keeps going building the upgrades it will be a great place to stay for a week. All kinds of eating areas near by.
The staff we very friendly and helpful. I changed rooms because I didn't realize that tubs only came in the wheelchair accessible rooms, and it was an effortless transfer. The kitchen staff lady was really nice and served delicious blueberry waffles 🧇😋
Despite being seemingly busy, the place was quiet, which I really appreciated, as this was the first time I've been out without my kiddos and husband in a long time.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
