The Imperial uses soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms -- an excellent cost-saving measure. Napkins and toilet paper and no tissues. Breakfast is basic. The bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed.

The place exceeded my expectations. The location is great for those by car, just next to the main road and around the corner of the 401.
The swimming pool was really good, my children enjoyed it a lot.
The breakfast was good enough, nothing special but I cannot complain, I knew this before booking.
Location. Perfect! Pool is very accessible and the kids loved it. Renovate the bathroom please. And upgrade the breakfast even though it is park of the rate already. Upfront with parking fee at booking please.
Best location in Gananoque! We walked everywhere and spent time in the lovely Joel Stone park. Swimming pool was great, so nice to pop intonsauna for post swim warmup. Breakfast was so convenient and had nice variety (hard boiled eggs, sausage and egg rounds, yogurt, cereal, apples, oranges, toasts, coffee, juice). My kids loved the pancake maker! Room was small but comfortable, beds super comfy. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge.
Breakfast had a nice selection of cold and hot meals. The location is very close to the 1000 Islands Boat Tour and within walking distance to the towns main street. We were a family group with 4 rooms, all 4 rooms were nicely situated on the main floor across from each other and close to the pool where the kids could swim.
Breakfast was cooked in front of you! Eggs, sausages, pancake and bacon!
The scenery and terrace was perfectly relaxing in the terrace view room!
Breakfast in patio setting is excellent!
