The place was beautiful and huge for 2 persons. The backyard tub, the kitchen area and the basement were our favorite. This place is a wonderful family home and we can tell that the owners loved it.

The accommodation had all the facilities you would need. The beds were very comfortable which was a nice surprise. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. Very easy to gain access and parking space was great. And glad wifi available, although occasional buffering watching Netflix. After getting over the initial issue, we enjoyed our stay here and if you want a value for money stay that has all the facilities this is ideal.

Newton Villa was fine and our room was clean and quiet. Towels and bedding were of good quality and the bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was bright and well organized. The pool area and grounds were attractive and we felt very safe during our visit. The breakfast was good and everything seemed fresh.

The location, the internet, the comfy beds, the decor, the spacious room were all wonderful. The customer service was absolutely exemplary ... I had to extend my stay and they accommodated by allowing me to move into another room earlier - the adjustment was made with ease and total flexibility on their part! I had a family member dying in hopsital and the owner and family would check in on me, which was really sweet! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
The continental breakfast was very good with a nice variety to choose from. It would have been a nice option to have the choice to a full breakfast. The location was very convenient to the location of a function I was attending.

The mattress was very comfortable..had a good nights sleep ..And the room had blue accessories my favorite color ..I enjoyed sitting out back by the river until the bugs started bugging me ...lol...
